How to read this list
Three rules govern everything below.
- The minimum is $75 per visit. If your items total less than that, the visit bills $75. It is per visit, not per item, so doing the bedroom and the lanai on one window beats two separate trips.
- Price by item or by truck fraction, whichever is lower. Add your items, then find the smallest truck fraction that would hold the load, and book the cheaper one.
- Nothing is added afterwards. Carry-out from any floor, breakdown on site and disposal are all inside the price. No stair fee, no carry-distance fee, no distance surcharge anywhere in our Jacksonville service area, no same-day surcharge.
Truck fills
| Volume | Price |
|---|---|
| 1/4 truck | $241 |
| 3/8 truck | $338 |
| 1/2 truck | $431 |
| 5/8 truck | $513 |
| 3/4 truck | $587 |
| 7/8 truck | $661 |
| Full truck | $732 |
Volume pricing is for anything you would not want to itemize. In Jacksonville that is usually a garage, a carport, a backyard shed, a screened lanai or a Florida room - and because there are no basements here, a whole-house clear normally means all of them go in the same truck. A single-car garage is commonly $338 to $431. A packed two-car garage out in Oakleaf or Mandarin is often $587 or $732.

What is not on this list: household hazardous waste. Gas and diesel, propane cylinders, paint, solvents, pool chemicals, pesticides, car batteries and motor oil do not go on the truck. They go to a Duval County household hazardous waste facility - check the city's current locations and hours. For anything else unusual, send a photo and we will confirm the number in writing before anyone drives out.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum charge for junk removal in Jacksonville?
$75 per visit. Items priced below that - a countertop microwave at $30, a patio chair at $30, a bag of clothes at $35 - still bill the $75 minimum on their own, so bundle small items into one window.
Are these prices final, or do they change on the day?
Final for the items listed. If the list on the day matches what you booked, the price matches. Anything added on the day is added at its published rate.
Does the price include disposal and stairs?
Yes to both. Disposal and facility fees are inside every number, and there is no stair fee, no carry-distance fee and no distance surcharge anywhere in our Jacksonville service area.
How do I know whether to book items or a truck fraction?
Add your items, then find the smallest truck fraction that would hold them, and book the cheaper one. A patio table plus four chairs at $209 stays below the $241 quarter truck, so the items win. A sofa plus a loveseat is $126 + $119 = $245, so the quarter truck wins.
What will you not take?
Household hazardous waste: fuel, propane cylinders, paint, solvents, pool chemicals, pesticides, car batteries and motor oil. Those go to a Duval drop-off facility instead. Check the city's current hours and locations.
