Florida statute bans white goods from landfills, so a fridge has to be processed, not dumped. That work is already in the price.
Appliances and tires need a separate pickup request; they’re not collected with regular household bulk.
Appliance pickup is arranged by calling county Solid Waste. Residents can also drop off at the Tillman Ridge or Stratton Road transfer stations.
